Track record delivering innovative technologies to Harvard’s hospital network, and developing the first, truly usable mHealth application. Technical interests in telehealth, Clinical Communication and Collaboration (CC&C), and business leadership. Educational background in electrical engineering (B.Tech) and computer science (M.Tech), both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Devin Paullin is passionate about transforming healthcare and life sciences organizations, with a focus on delivering revenue-generating solutions that improve quality of life and health outcomes. Paullin has 25 years of experience, specializing in sales and marketing leadership, strategic partnership development, and product development. He developed first-to-market solutions, including the first to bring EHRs and Pharma together, and secured multi-million-dollar agreements for these services. He has worked with leading healthcare organizations and is recognized as one of the “PharmaVOICE 100 Most Inspiring Life Sciences Leaders.” Paullin has navigated growth in startups and large public companies, and launched Health eVillages with Donato J. Tramuto and RFK Human Rights, providing resources to healthcare workers in challenging environments.

Donato Tramuto is a seasoned business leader with nearly 40 years of experience, known for his ability to balance transactional and transformational leadership. He has launched two successful start-ups, led the turnaround of a Public Healthcare Company, and implemented innovative programs through his Compassionate Leadership approach. His first book, “Life’s Bulldozer Moments: How Adversity Can Lead to Success in Life and Business,” blends business and life lessons creating a blueprint for turning adversity into strength. In 2020, Tramuto stepped away from running a Public Company to focus on his nonprofit ventures, and his book on Compassionate Leadership, “The Double Bottom Line,” released in March 2023, reflecting his commitment to creating compassionate leaders. Robert F. Kennedy inspired him and is a recipient of the prestigious RFK Ripple of Hope and the RFK Embracing His Legacy Award for his dedication to improving lives.

Brad Fluegel

Brad Fluegel is a healthcare advisor who works with organizations, entrepreneurs, and other participants in the healthcare sector. He was previously the senior vice president and chief healthcare commercial market development officer for Walgreens, where he was responsible for all commercial healthcare activities. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy and Business Development officer for Walgreens. Fluegel joined Walgreens in 2012 after serving as an executive at Health Evolution Partners. He has also held positions at Anthem, Aetna, Reden & Anders (Optum Consulting), and Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including the Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Performant Financial Corporation, Fitbit, Premera Blue Cross, and Alight Solutions. Fluegel holds a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington. He also lectures at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Steve Janicak, a Senior Healthcare Executive, is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of increasing shareholder value through revenue, profit, market share, and stock price growth with a knack for identifying opportunities, repositioning brands, and capitalizing on market trends. He’s worked with private equity and public company Boards and been instrumental in increasing Tivity Health’s stock price from $22 to $48 in two and a half years. He’s led the transformation of a $100M Matria Healthcare business, reversing a revenue decline and achieving 21% earnings growth in 12 months. He’s also led MedSolutions’ revenue growth from $140M to $875M in six years, selling the business for a 12x multiple. He identified and developed a new sales channel—direct-to-state Medicaid—resulting in a $300M revenue deal at MedSolutions. In 2019 he was promoted to President of the Healthcare division of Tivity Health and currently is CEO of Esperta Health.

Sean has the honor of being named Healthcare Leader of The Year by the US Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and in 2019 as the 7th most influential person in healthcare out of the top 100 by Modern Health Magazine.

Renee Picard Walsh is an experienced Principal who has demonstrated her effectiveness within the home healthcare industry for over 28 years. Armed with a solid educational foundation and professional prowess, she specializes in Healthcare Technology Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within the Acute and Post-Acute Markets. Renee has successfully worked from the seed stage to large-scale organizations. Currently serving as the Principal of RPW Consulting, Renee formulates sales and market strategies that propel her clients to prominent positions and substantial growth in the home healthcare domain over the last decade.
 
Beyond her professional endeavors, Renee actively participates in the Advisory Board for Memory-Lane.TV, the first Plot-Free Positive On-demand video channel helping to deal with aging, dementia, and Alzheimer’s symptoms. She is also on the Advisory Board for Curantis Solutions, a palliative care and hospice software company. Renee is the PAC president for the Homecare Alliance of Massachusetts. She is a member of the National Association and Hospice. She is a Trinity College alumna and has done post graduate work at the University of Connecticut.
