Clear Cache

Clearing the site data does not always clear the browser cache. You can also clear the cache of the Buzz app.

  • Tap the ☰ Burger Menu
  • Choose Settings.

Right click anywhere on WeBuzz page. This will bring up the context menu and one of the items will be called Inspect.

  • Click Inspect. Now, to the left of the address bar, you will see a reload icon.
  • Long Press on the reload icon until you see a menu with 3 options as shown in the image.
  • Select ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’

This should refresh the source files on your laptop and you should be able to open PDF attachments.
