How to Toggle Push Notifications

A push notification is a way for an app to send you a message or to notify you without you actually opening the app. The notification is ‘pushed’ to you without your needing to do anything. One common push notification takes the form of a red circle with a number in it that appears on the corner of the app’s icon. This number alerts you to a number of events or messages within the app. Toggle Push Notifications show or hide as per your choice.

  1. From the ‘Buzz Home’ screen tap on the ‘BURGER MENU’ icon (3 lines located in the top left corner of the screen) – to access the ‘APP SETTINGS & CUSTOMIZATION’ screen.
  2. From the ‘APP SETTINGS & CUSTOMIZATION’ screen choose ‘MANAGE PROFILE’.
  3. Scroll down to ‘SHOW PUSH NOTIFICATIONS’

Setting up notifications will alert you when you have received a new secure communication from Buzz.
