Link/Delink Group
Linking Chat Groups to your organization gives you audit controls for easy onboarding and offboarding of employees. If you are a manager or admin of an organization and a group, you can add/remove that group to the organization.
- Open a Group Chat
- Tap the Group Name at the top of the screen
- Tap the Link To icon 🏢 (upper right corner of the screen)
View Groups Linked to your Org in the Organizational Details
- Tap the ☰ Burger Menu
- Tap on option – Organizations
- Choose an organization to view the Organizational Details.
- Open a Group Chat
- Click on the Group Name at the top of the screen
- Choose Group Profile & Members
- Click the ⚙️ Group Settings icon
- Scroll down to Link to Organization
- Choose an organization.
