Red Pulsating Indicator
The ● Red Pulsating Indicator you see next to a Chat indicates STAT messages.
Someone in the group has marked a message STAT priority.
If a message has both STAT and mention for the receiver than RED should override the BLUE.
A STAT message in a Chat will call everyone in the Chat out and ask them to ACKNOWLEDGE the message.
Click on the Read Status to see if they have acknowledged and/or read the message.
When there’s a ● Red Pulsating Indicator, Open the Chat and Click/Tap [ACK] on the message to let the person know you have acknowledged.
