How to share logs

So you are experiencing a problem on iOS, Android, or Web? Let’s take a closer look. Please follow the steps below to obtain and share your Buzz logs with us.

To ENABLE 🐛 DEBUGGING:
Open Buzz > Tap the Burger Menu ☰ > Choose Settings.
Scroll down to Debugging (if disabled, tap to enable). If already enabled, then you SEND the LOG Files.

To SEND the 🪵 LOG files:
Tap the Burger Menu ☰ > Choose ABOUT
On the About screen,> Tap on CONTACT US.
It will open your email client and generate log files to send to our Support team.

WeBuzz Instructions

  • Open WeBuzz in the Chrome browser 
  • While the Buzz Desktop App (WeBuzz) is open, click the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of the browser. [NOTE: you have to select open in Chrome first (if using WebApp)]
  • Then choose MORE TOOLS > Developer Tools.
  • Then right-click on the screen to the right that pops up and choose SAVE AS.
  • It will create a log file, and you can send those to the support team via Buzz chat
