Link/Delink Group to an Organization

Linking/Delinking a Group to your Organization ties the group to your Organization. Only those who are a part of your Organization can be a part of the Group.

When you remove someone from your Organization they will no longer be a part of the Group(s) linked to the Org.

If you are a Manager or Admin of an Organization, you can Link/Delink the Group to/from your Organization.

  1. Open a Group Chat.
  2. Tap the Group Name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap the Link To icon (upper right corner of the screen).
  4. View Groups Linked to you Org in the Organizational Details.
  5. Tap the Burger Menu > Organizations.
  6. Choose an organization to view the Organizational Details.

 

  1. Open a Group Chat.
  2. Click the on Group Name at the top of the screen.
  3. Choose Group Profile & Members.
  4. Click the Group Settings icon.
  5. Scroll down to Link to Organization.
  6. Choose an organization.
