Load Previous Messages

The messages in a Chat never disappear.
At the top of each Chat there is a LOAD PREVIOUS/EARLIER MESSAGES button.

  • Open a Chat
  • While at the top of a Chat, Swipe down or Tap Load Earlier Messages
  • Open a Chat
  • Hover cursor at the top of the Chat to view “LOAD PREVIOUS MESSAGES” and icons for different options (Calendar, Mention and Print)
  • Click the Calendar icon to select date from calendar view OR Click @ to view messages with your name mentioned
