Load Messages by Date

On WeBuzz™, you can Load Prior Messages by selecting a date to view the previous message on that date.

  • Open a Chat
  • Hover cursor at the top of the Chat to view “LOAD PREVIOUS MESSAGES” and icons for different options (Calendar, Mention and Print)
  • Click the Calendar icon
  • Select date from calendar view
