Add member to Groups by Category
When groups are linked to the organization, and have Conversation Categories assigned to them -Org Admin and Managers have the ability to add members to linked groups.
⚬ 🖱️Click the ‘Global Menu’ 
⚬ Choose ‘Organizations’
⚬ Select your org
⚬ Click ‘Manage’ next ‘Manager Members of the org’
⚬ Hover or click the mouse on member
⚬ Choose ‘Groups by Category’
You can choose ‘MAKE MEMBER‘ button to add the user as a group member, or choose ‘MAKE MANAGER‘ if the user should be made manager for these groups.
Additionally, you can also choose ‘MAKE ZEN‘ button to add the user to the groups in Zen Mode. In this case the user will be able to passively participate in the groups without getting notified constantly, unless explicitly mentioned.
