Organization Administrator

  • There is one ADMIN for the Organization who has the privilege to make decisions about all Users as well as the operational settings for the entire Organization.
  • ADMIN can assign any Org member as a Manager.
  • There can be any number of MANAGERs for the organization.  Functionally, the role is very similar to that of an ADMIN, enabling the user to assist with the operations.
  • ADMIN can demote a user from Manager to a ‘regular user role’ known as a MEMBER.
  • MANAGER can’t change the privileges of ADMIN or other MANAGER(s).

⚬ 👆Tap the ☰ ‘Burger Menu’
⚬ Choose ‘Organizations’
⚬ Select your org from the list

  • Swipe⬅️👆🏽Left, on a users name, to manage. Remove, Make Manager, Promote to Admin.
  • 👆Tap ‘Add More Users’… to add users from your Buzz Circle.
  • Manage Conversation Categories –  Allows you to label categories to help with the filtering of conversations.
  • View Groups that are Linked to your Buzz Organization. Tap a group to view Group Settings.
