Enable Buzz SparkThink™ for Org
When turned on, this setting will allow members to see the BuzzSpark™ tools. If this is turned off, then users will not be allowed to enable it in their profiles.
⚬ 🖱️Click the ‘Global Menu’ 
⚬ Choose ‘Organizations’
⚬ Select your org
⚬ 🖱️Click ‘Advanced’
⚬ Click ‘on/off’ next to ‘Enable BuzzSpark’
