Enable Force Read Receipts
When turned on, this superseeds the user’s [SEND READ RECEIPTS] settings in groups linked to organizations.
⚬ 🖱️Click the ‘Global Menu’ 
⚬ Choose ‘Organizations’
⚬ Select your org
⚬ Click ‘Advanced’
⚬ 🖱️Click ‘on/off’ next to ‘Force Read Receipts’
