Limit Mentions & Tags
In Buzz you have the ability to mention/tag a person in chat by typing the ‘@’ before someone’s name. You can limit the ability of other members using this feature.
⚬ 🖱️Click the ‘Global Menu’ 
⚬ Choose ‘Organizations’
⚬ Select your org
⚬ Click ‘Advanced’
⚬ 🖱️Click ‘Manage’ next to ‘Who can Tag All Members of a Group…’
