How to share Logs

So you are experiencing a problem on iOS, Android, or Web? Let’s take a closer look. Please follow the steps below to obtain and share your Buzz logs with us.

To ENABLE 🐛 DEBUGGING:

⚬  Open Buzz > Tap the Burger Menu ☰ > Choose Settings
⚬  Scroll down to Debugging (if disabled, tap to enable). If already enabled, then SEND the LOG Files.

To SEND the 🪵 LOG files:

⚬  Tap the Burger Menu ☰ > Choose ABOUT
⚬ On the ‘About screen’ > Tap on ‘CONTACT US’

This will open your email client and generate log files to send to our Support team.

⚬ Login https://buzz.skyscape.com/login
⚬  Right click anywhere on WeBuzz page
⚬  This will bring up the context menu and one of the items will be called ‘Inspect’
⚬ Click on ‘Inspect’
⚬ Click ‘Console’ Tab
⚬ Right Click on data screen
⚬  Choose ‘Save As…’

This will create a log file, send those to the support team via Buzz chat
